To be the best realtor possible I believe you must have strong interpersonal skills. While I know very well how to prepare new listings, market the sale of a home, and negotiate winning contracts, I believe my strengths lay in my ability to connect with my clients, the people viewing their homes, and the agents I deal with to complete the sales transactions. The best realtors, those who achieve the highest sale price and best terms for their clients are not only strong salespeople and marketers, not only know the housing product and neighborhood, but most importantly the best realtors know how to communicate, can be trusted, and gain cooperation from all parties to a transaction.
Since becoming a licensed Real Estate Agent in 2007 Adam has served hundreds of clients on the purchase and sale of condos, townhouses, and detached houses throughout the province. While the majority of Adam’s business occurs within Burnaby, Vancouver, and New Westminster Adam has serviced clients on their real estate transactions from the BC Interior to Vancouver Island and throughout the Lower Mainland.
