I love being a Realtor because it allows me to serve great people and help them achieve meaningful goals. I am deeply committed to my clients and understand the impact that the purchase and sale of real estate assets can have on their lives and families. These transactions are not small or straightforward; they are pursued with a purpose, and it is my mission to help my clients successfully achieve that purpose.

To be the best realtor possible I believe you must have strong interpersonal skills. While I know very well how to prepare new listings, market the sale of a home, and negotiate winning contracts, I believe my strengths lay in my ability to connect with my clients, the people viewing their homes, and the agents I deal with to complete the sales transactions. The best realtors, those who achieve the highest sale price and best terms for their clients are not only strong salespeople and marketers, not only know the housing product and neighborhood, but most importantly the best realtors know how to communicate, can be trusted, and gain cooperation from all parties to a transaction.

Since becoming a licensed Real Estate Agent in 2007 Adam has served hundreds of clients on the purchase and sale of condos, townhouses, and detached houses throughout the province. While the majority of Adam’s business occurs within Burnaby, Vancouver, and New Westminster Adam has serviced clients on their real estate transactions from the BC Interior to Vancouver Island and throughout the Lower Mainland.

When working as a buyers agent for my client the goals are varied but broadly speaking we’re not here to choose the best house for you, we trust our clients to tell us which property or strata unit is most suitable to their tastes and needs, while we provide insights into the resale considerations, quality of the building and strata corporation, negotiate the absolute best terms possible to protect our buyers from financial harm, and obviously, get the best price we can under the given circumstances.

Selling your property

When working as the listing agent for my clients my goal is fairly simple: get the highest and best price possible for the homeowner. There is, on occasion, a different directive from my clients when selling their home, be it the conditions of a sale allowing for a rent-back, or the timeliness of the sale, in which case we will create a plan based upon my experience to achieve those specific goals.
